Returns: Most items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping and handling. Orders that qualified for free shipping will have actual shipping costs deducted from the refund.
Return Exclusions:-Items than contact the mouth, nose, or inner ear.
-Any factory sealed item that has been opened.
-Items clearly designated as clearance, scratch & dent or one-of-a-kind

Restocking Fees: Restocking Fees can be easily avoided using the following guidelines:
-Be careful when your order arrives. Open it carefully and save all packing materials in the original box or envelope.
-Any warranty cards must be present and unmarked.
-UPCs and any tags must remain in-tact and attached to the merchandise.
-Keep the product and packaging in the condition it was received.
All returned items are inspected upon receipt and any time that does not comply may be rejected or subject to a Minimum restocking fee of 20%.
Refunds: Refunds are typically submitted within 3-5 days of delivery of the return. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. Items that qualified for free shipping will have the shipping and handling costs deducted from the refund.

Replacements/Wrong Item/Shipping Errors:-If an item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost. We may also issue a prepaid return label to retrieve the damaged merchandise.
