Any time, any place, the Korg CA30 Chromatic Tuner has all of your tuning needs covered. The CA30 is a tuner that is small on stature, but big on performance. This ultra compact tuner is perfect for tuning wind, string, keyboard, and acoustic instruments. With a broad range of detection of C1 to C8 and the ability to tune even those low register notes that contain various overtones, the CA30 makes it simple to tune the most stubborn instruments with ease.
The CA30 has a large detection range from C1 (32.70Hz) to C8 (4186.01Hz) for high precision tuning. A high-sensitivity mic is built in to make tuning acoustic instruments, like ukuleles, a snap.
The CA30 has an arc-shped "tilt slip" to hold plastic cards for convenience.
The stable display and high accuracy of the CA30 is due to the LCD meter and LED's that indicate pitch deviation.
The Sound Out feture is perfect for tuning by ear using an internal speaker to play reference tones. Pressing the Sound switch cycles through A4 to B4 notes, common in wind instruments. But the CA30 is not limited to wind instruments. Using the Sound switch, you can alter the cycle of semitones from C4 to C5.
The calibration function supports a range of pitches from 410 to 480Hz, and can be adjusted in 1Hz steps. And with a Memory Backup function, your calibration and reference tone settings will be remembered even when the CA30 s turned off. (These settings are only lost when batteries are removed.)
The Auto Off function will turn the CA30 off after 20 minutes of no use in order to conserve energy. With its low energy consumption design, the CA30 has approximately 100 hours of use.
