The GA40's enlarged screen LCD needle-type display combines the accuracy of LCD with the easy-to-see capabiltities a needle.
For tuing by ear the GA40 is equipped with a Sound Out function that plays reference tones 7B to 1E in guitar mode and LB to HC in bass mode.
The Quinta Flat tuning mode os perfect for detecting dropped tunings in heavy metal songs from 1 to 5 semitones. Dueing so allows you to tune super-long scale guitars and extend below the range of standard guitars.
The GA40's compact and thin design makes it ideal for on-the-go, and with the output jack (bypass), you can even check your tune on stage.
The GA40 will automatically shut down after twenty minutes of no use to conserve battery power. Plus the GA40 has aproximately 85 hours of continuous use.
